"Eternity is interesting to all of us. And forever is a powerful word. As I composed this piece, I was thinking that loving another person is one of the portals we have been given to 'see' eternity. Love is forever and a way of 'seeing' through the narrow place that separates us from openly understanding what eternity means. Real loving is as pure as it gets for us here...that we are loved and can in turn give that to each other. The title is from a Richard Thompson song: he was talking about loving someone and said, "it's written on my heart, so that anyone can see." So here it is...eternity symbolized (to me) in this loving 'magical' embrace."
